Of course! You do not need to be an Allevio patient to subscribe to Project Raven.
Project Raven fee is fixed, and payable in instalments. It is not a pay-as-you-go service. If you don’t use the program while you are away, 50% of the fees will be refunded to you when you return, or your next year will have 75% off your renewal.
Project Raven fees are what they are so that we can have our services be available to you with consistent care. If you don’t use them, we refund money to you, so that you have the fee protections while you are away, and yet don’t pay for what you don’t use.
Fee reductions are available for families and common-law couples, including a reduction of 50% for the second person. If more than 3 or more members of the family join the program, everyone receives 50% off.
Yes! For everyone that you invite to the program and who sign up, the program will refund you one month worth of your service fee, up to 10 months and / or 10 people. This means that you can receive up to $500 off your membership, or not pay for the last 10 months of your using the service.
Unfortunately, most travel insurance plans do not cover pre-existing conditions. Project Raven keeps your chart central and helps you save money on procedures insurance does not typically cover. If your insurance covers pain management procedures, you may want to use Project Raven to centralize your chart. If you have an Ontario-based drug or benefits plan, Project Raven may work with it.
All you need is a piece of ID, an Ontario Health Card, and we may ask you to complete questionnaires and forms to help us better understand you needs.
Consultations in all of our clinics are typically 15 to 60 minutes.
You will be seen by various medical professionals during your visit. This offers the advantage of many physicians thinking about your conditions and care. There will be direct conversations between your Allevio physician and U.S. physician whenever needed. There will also be nurses and clinical associates who assist with your care during the visit. An Allevio physician will also be involved in your care.
