Allevio Is Slowly Resuming In-Clinic Practice: What you need to know

  • We are so pleased to be able to resume in-clinic practice in a way that’s safe for both our patients and our team. A longer message will follow soon about this.
  • Please watch this video before you come to the clinic so you know the COVID-19 Screening Process.
  • We are complying with State of Emergency measures, and have cancelled all appointments booked before pausing our in-clinic practice for COVID-19. If you had an appointment booked before mid-March, please email us to find a new appointment time, noting that at this time we are working with a focus on urgent, essential care and care for frontline and first-responder personnel as our priority. Allevio is looking forward to the opportunity to help you as soon as we are able, but right now, we have to prioritize patients.
  • If you’re comfortable with emailing us, please do. Our phone lines and voicemail are both overwhelmed, but we have a team working through email as well. You can use info@allevioclinic.com if you’re an existing patient and referrals@allevioclinic.com if you’re writing about coming to us for the first time. Please allow a several days for us to respond to your voicemail, and up to 2 days for us to respond to your email.
  • Our Waiting Room will remain closed. Your drivers will have in-car access to our patient WiFi (Available in Certain parts of the parking lot) and we can now text your driver to let them know when you are ready to get picked up.
  • Caregivers and drivers are allowed to bring people to and from appointments.
  • We are reserving our current appointments for those who are in severe pain, for those with deteriorating conditions, and for frontline workers and first responders. To book an appointment during our state of emergency, please first book a virtual encounter with your Allevio doctor, so they can assess your urgency with you.
