Testing Works
Complete Baseline Intake
Employees are given access to the Allevio Patient Navigator app to answer questions about their health, pain, and functionality. Allevio maps out and keeps this data to help us all measure efficacy and success.
Gain rapid access
Next, employees are given virtual, fast access to Patient Navigator members who can answer questions and set up appointments either virtually or in-clinic based on the urgency of the situation.
Get continued support
The tests are re-sent every year. The Patient Navigator app also pushes tips to patients, check-ins to see how they are doing, and keeps in touch. This offers early intervention, reminders and soon access to Allevio’s content.
Access optional program benefits
Baseline testing is facilitated by an Allevio occupational therapist who can also recommend ideal products to mitigate pain risks, and they can come to your office and complete workplace assessments.
Pharmacogenetic test administration and result forwarding are also available, so your team can make informed decisions and streamline medication testing.
