Allevio Resumes Patient Care with Innovative Safety Procedures

Friends,

The last few months have challenged us all in ways we had never imagined.  However, we are proving to ourselves and each other what we are made of, and just how well we can adapt to our ever-evolving world.

I am so proud of the efforts we have taken to both be and feel safe have been well-received by patients, colleagues, and the community. Our glass barriers that are positioned between each patient in our recovery and infusion spaces are made of tempered glass and are designed to protect without feeling obtrusive. Our video on coronavirus (COVID-19) screening has been used by other clinics, healthcare systems, and private facilities as a standard for how to enter a commercial space. We posted pictures of our team in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), allowing everyone to see our team’s care and dedication.

We are all very pleased to resume practice at Allevio Pain Management. You will notice that we are taking infection control as seriously as we take pain care, but both are offered with the same level of warmth, trust, and genuine care for which Allevio is known.

Last, but not least, thank you all for your patience with us. Our Patient Access (PA) team has been working day and night to book and re-book patients because of the evolving situation. We know the wait times for responses have been much longer than usual, and we all very much appreciate your patience, your being so accommodating and your offering so much great feedback to our entire team.

We appreciate your trust.

Ross Hendin,

CEO – Allevio Healthcare
